Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop existing personal care customers(manufacturers, labs, toll manufacturers
  2. Identifynew business opportunitieswithin the personal care market (skin care, hair care, hygiene, baby care)
  3. Promote and sellraw materialsin line with company strategy and supplier focus
  4. Prepare and follow up onquotations, pricing, and commercial offers
  5. Negotiate terms within approved margins and company policies
  6. Achieve assignedsales targets and KPIs
  7. Conductcustomer visits, presentations, and product introductions
  8. Understand customer formulations and needs to recommend suitable raw materials
  9. Handle customer inquiries related toavailability, pricing, specifications, documentation, and samples
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  11. Support introduction ofnew technologies and innovationsfrom suppliers to the local market
  12. Coordinate withlogistics, and financeteams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
  13. Follow up onorder status, shipments, and customer satisfaction
  14. Prepare regularsales reports, forecasts, and market updates

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree inChemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field 23 years of experiencein sales or technical sales of:Personal care raw materials and specialty chemicals

Strong industry knowledge

Good command of the English language

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, active and responsible
