Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cook to prepare high-quality Indian home-style, Continental, and healthy/organic meals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene while ensuring nutritious and well-balanced food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals (Indian home-style, Continental, healthy & organic dishes)
- Plan weekly menus based on dietary preferences and requirements
- Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Handle grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Key Competencies
- Strong cooking skills in Indian home-style & Continental cuisine
