Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Personal Shopper, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work partially from home. We are looking for a well-connected Personal Shopper who can bring premium merchants (independent luxury sellers) onto Cloudset by convincing them to list inventory and by managing those relationships end-to-end. This is a relationship-first role: your network, credibility, and taste are the product.

Merchant acquisition (core focus)

  • Identify, approach, and onboard premium merchants to list items on Cloudset (rental/resale or both).
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new merchant partners via your personal network, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
  • Pitch Cloudset's value proposition (incremental revenue, inventory visibility, operational ease, brand-safe curation).

Curation & inventory quality

  • Curate merchant inventory to match Cloudset standards (brand fit, condition, pricing, trend relevance).
  • Advise partners on what converts best (categories, sizes, pricing ranges, styling).

Onboarding coordination

  • Ensure merchants understand process, SLAs, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 34 years experience as a personal shopper, luxury stylist, client advisor, boutique relationship manager, or similar high-touch luxury role.
  • Strong existing network of premium clients and merchants (stylists, high-end boutiques, showrooms, independent luxury sellers).
  • Strong taste level and understanding of luxury brands, categories, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets (onboarded merchants, listings volume, GMV contribution).
