Purpose of the Role
The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging training sessions while supporting members in achieving their fitness goals. They contribute to a positive club environment, drive personal training sales, and uphold high service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality training programs tailored to member goals.
- Engage members on the gym floor and provide professional guidance and support.
- Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and results.
- Uphold club policies and ensure a clean, safe training environment.
- Complete session tracking, client communication, and required admin tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of personal training experience (premium fitness environment preferred).
- REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of exercise science, program design, and fitness assessments.
- Energetic, professional, and passionate about fitness and member results.
