A leading Construction Company is seeking a qualified Personnel & Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources team.
Requirements- 57 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll.
- Proven experience in construction companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, including incentives, deductions, and allowances.
- Experience handling hiring, contracts, terminations, and personnel files.
- Experience dealing with Social Insurance Offices and Tax Authorities.
- Good command of HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities- Implement and ensure compliance with personnel policies and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee movements.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel documentation.
- Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management.
