Role Description

We're Hiring | Personnel & Payroll Specialist

A leading Construction Company is seeking a qualified Personnel & Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources team.

Requirements
  • 57 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll.
  • Proven experience in construction companies is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, including incentives, deductions, and allowances.
  • Experience handling hiring, contracts, terminations, and personnel files.
  • Experience dealing with Social Insurance Offices and Tax Authorities.
  • Good command of HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and ensure compliance with personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll accurately.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee movements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel documentation.
  • Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management.
