Personnel Specialist and HR Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personnel Specialist and HR Analyst based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing human resources functions including employee records, benefits administration, and HR systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing HR data for decision-making, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR reports, and supporting employee onboarding and engagement initiatives. The Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to optimize HR workflows and processes.

• Comprehensive skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting and utilizing data effectively
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and policy implementation
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR or personnel management is preferred
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus
