Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pharmaceutical Water Plant Chemist for an on-site position located in 10th of Ramadan. The selected candidate will oversee water quality monitoring, conduct chemical and microbiological testing in compliance with regulatory standards, and ensure adherence to quality control protocols. Additional responsibilities include maintaining laboratory equipment, analyzing raw and treated water, supporting research & development activities, and preparing regular reports based on findings. The role ensures operational excellence, focusing on safety and quality improvement in water processes essential for pharmaceutical production.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on laboratory skills with proficiency in performing accurate water quality analyses
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving related to water treatment and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in Quality Control with knowledge of validation procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Background in Research and Development (R&D) to support process improvements and innovation initiatives
  • Fundamental understanding of Chemical Engineering principles as they apply to water treatment and pharmaceutical production
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or water treatment facility is highly advantageous
