Role Description The Pharmacist role at El Ezaby Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness, and providing clear counseling on dosage, side effects, and proper use. Day-to-day tasks include advising patients on over-the-counter products, monitoring for potential drug interactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant pharmacy regulations and internal policies. The role also involves maintaining inventory, managing stock rotation, and supporting store operations to uphold high standards of service and patient safety. Pharmacists collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Possess strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, drug interactions, and safe dispensing practices.
• Demonstrate excellent patient counseling skills, with the ability to explain medication use and health information in clear, accessible language.
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in prescription review, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Bring solid organizational and inventory management skills to maintain stock levels, handle storage conditions, and support smooth daily operations.
• Exhibit effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues, healthcare providers, and diverse patients.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Egypt.
• Display a customer-focused mindset, professional ethics, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Prior experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; familiarity with pharmacy management systems is beneficial.
