Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist HR professional located in Maadi The responsibilities include managing HR processes specific to the pharmaceutical sector, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention. The role also involves overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the development of policies for professional growth and development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations and current healthcare industry standards
• Proficiency in creating and implementing policies related to employee training and development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships across various departments
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
