Pharmacist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions, counseling patients on the proper usage of medications, monitoring for drug interactions, and maintaining accurate records of patient medications. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical applications.
• Ability to counsel patients effectively on medication usage and side effects.
• Skills in inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and related software.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.
• Current pharmacy license in Egypt is mandatory.
• Experience in a retail or healthcare pharmacy setting is preferred.
