As a Pharmacist E-commerce Operations, this role will focus on pharmaceutical inventory management, regulatory compliance, and technical support for e-commerce operations. This is a non-dispensing role, centered on accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain and update stock records for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Ensure products are stored and handled as per regulatory and quality guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and product listings.
- Ensure all pharmaceutical and healthcare products comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise internal teams on compliance requirements.
- Perform quality checks on inbound stock to ensure safety, authenticity, and documentation accuracy.
- Support commercial and marketing teams with technical inputs for product listings, descriptions, and promotions.
- Review and validate product content, ensuring correct drug classification, usage, benefits, and claims.
- Provide technical guidance to customer service teams for non-prescription products.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, warehouse, quality, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate and maintain reports on stock movement, expiry tracking, compliance, and sales trends.
What you'll need:
- This role is open to Emirati Nationals only.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license (where required by local regulations).
- Experience in e-commerce, pharmaceutical retail, or inventory management is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory or product management systems.
