Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer / Videographer to capture, produce, and edit high-quality visual content for events, digital platforms, and marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for storytelling, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional content.
- Plan and direct shoots, including composition, lighting, and scene setup.
- Set up and manage photography and videography equipment.
- Edit and produce visual content using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Perform photo retouching and video post-production, including sound editing and mixing.
- Analyze shooting environments (angles, lighting, distances) to ensure optimal results.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends and online video content best practices.
- Maintain proper organization and archiving of media files.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges during production.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a video production or photography environment.
- Proven experience covering events, people, and product photography.
- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lenses, filters, and lighting techniques.
- Knowledge of media production processes, electronics, and relevant hardware/software.
- Experience in recording and editing audio is an advantage.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus.
