Physiotherapist

Duties And Responsibilities :

1Provide personalized coordinated care, support and treatment for patients and families.

2Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

3Involve patients,familiesand caregivers by providing them with education and resources for offering optimal support to promote recovery.

4work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks.

5Assess and treat their physical problem/condition

6develop and review treatment programmers that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques

7involve parents and careers in the treatment, review and rehabilitation of patients

8educate patients and their careers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions

9write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics

10liaise with other healthcare professionals, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention.

11Attend the Monthly meeting

12Follow the Hospital policies

13respect the infection control measures in the department.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1BS of physical Therapy

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

1A minimum of 2 years experience as Physiotherapist.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS :

1Excellent communication skills.

2tolerance, patience, sensitivity and tact

3the ability to work under pressure

COMPETENCE:

1 The ability to build a rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds and communicate with their relatives

2 Good time management

3 Team workingskills
