Job Summary
Provide assessment and targeted intervention to support the development of patient's gross motor skills, focusing on improving strength, coordination, balance, and range of motion to enhance overall functional movement and participation in daily activities. The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective patient communication, and compliance with hospital and MOH Kuwait regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and apply behavioral and social science principles within physiotherapy practice.
- Apply physiotherapy modalities and protocols with competent clinical skills.
- Provide quality, patient-centered care that respects client rights, privacy, dignity, and values.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate personal privacy during treatment.
- Securely store and protect all patient records from unauthorized access.
Requirements
- Valid medical license from the Ministry of Health Kuwait or Prometric-passed certificate.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment tools, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, patient care, and problem-solving skills.
