Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist at October 6 University, located in Cairo. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs for patients to assist with recovery and improve mobility and physical well-being. The role involves diagnosing physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, administering therapy exercises, and educating patients on injury prevention. Additionally, collaboration with physicians, hospital staff, and academic professionals to ensure a high standard of patient care is a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assessing patient mobility issues, developing tailored treatment plans, and administering physical therapy techniques.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation practices, with the ability to conduct patient evaluations and implement evidence-based practices.
- Experience with patient education, injury prevention techniques, and providing guidance for long-term physical well-being.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with medical teams and engaging with patients of various backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and observational skills to document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Relevant licensure or certification as a Physiotherapist in Egypt and a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized training in physical therapy are an advantage.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is beneficial, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
