Job Scope

• Directing workers and sub-contractors while enforcing safety (Toolbox Talks) and quality regulations.
• Ensuring the use of For Construction drawings and coordinating with QC for inspections and NDT.
• Managing daily/weekly reporting, verifying sub-contractor progress, and monitoring manpower/equipment mobilization.
• Overseeing piping materials (spools), estimating manpower needs, and maintaining KPIs.
• Interfacing with other disciplines (Scaffolding, Equipment, Maintenance) and resolving site issues immediately to ensure smooth execution.
• Preparing and expediting punch lists for final handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of piping construction, fabrication, erection, and testing
• High attention to detail in maintaining accurate site records and ensuring strict commitment to safety and quality.
