Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into execution plans with clear KPIs aligned across departments.
  • Support departments in developing roadmaps and operational plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and activate performance management systems.
  • Implement and govern frameworks such as OKRs and Balanced Scorecard.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.
  • Track strategy execution and update plans based on performance gaps.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and performance frameworks.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and dashboard development.
  • Experience with planning tools such as MS Project.
  • PMP or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate or development sector is preferred.
