Job Description

MISSION

Leads and is accountable for the definition, content, quality and distribution of Planning data. Streamlines the planning processes including forecasting by automating, eliminating redundant Data related processes and improving the systems and tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support build, maintain and Governance of Planning Data Management (Data Model, Global business rules, Integration)
  • Define/maintain and deploy global business rules for Planning Data Management
  • Business Rules definition & maintenance with the Business (Data Intelligence Portal and future Corporate Data Quality Platform)
  • Integration of these Business Rules in collaboration with Schneider Digital (Upload Data Sheet templates in Data Transformation Repository, Master Data rules identification and validation, SAP uploading program identification and validation)
  • Ensure a permanent and consistent knowledge of the Planning Data across International entities
  • Produce and Deploy data standards and best practices
  • Own evolution of Planning master Global Architecture (Data model, Global business rules, Integration) new business requirement and insure implementation execution.
  • Manage impacts on Master Data migration & life cycle for solution/process enhancements.
  • Define/maintain the lifecycle for Planning data on the Core Planning Systems at the different levels of the organization (local, division, central) from creation to withdrawal in consistency with the related business processes: organization, process, trainings, tools, network animation, monitoring.
  • Define strategy for Planning data administration and support in operations
  • Col laborate cross-functionally with other domains impacting Planning or using Planning MD
  • Supports Deployment Projects, Integrations , Life Cycle, as Master Data process, solutions and rules expert and referent
  • Supports project teams, for Planning domain, in the migration projects & arbitrates business issues related to data conversion (Training program, Training Document, UDS, )
  • Supports Migration projects & Knowledge Transfer to local teams (for Process & Solution Training, for Master Data quality check, for mass-update data)
  • Communicates rules evolutions
  • Accountable for the quality of a Planning Data including the quality of the data as well

as how the data is defined, manufactured, identified, maintained, delivered and consumed.

  • Defines with Business and Maintains Data Quality Rules in Data Intelligence Platform and Data Quality Platform
  • Reviews and approves data quality objectives, data governance policies, standards, metrics and procedures
  • Delivers solutions to drive the self-healing of data in our systems
  • Collaborate with the PMDM & Data Stewards in the international Plants & DC
  • Manage functionally
  • Define tasks and objectives
  • Transfer Know how, support and control
  • Organize best practices and experience sharing KEY INTERFACES
  • Work with Analytics, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence teams
