Fantastic opportunity for Planning Manager to oversee a number of projects with one of the leading global data center developer building for hyperscalers. This is a great opportunity to join a Data centre contractor with huge global ambitions with an already exciting portfolio of data centre across the MENA region.

This leading data centre developer/ operator is looking to continue their impressive expansion with global ambitions of delivering close to 3 GW of capacity over the coming 2-3 years globally. Great package on offer with true autonomy to make decisions and have a genuine impact. This company are innovative in their approach and considered first movers so this role will suit someone looking to work for a dynamic and fast growing business and happy to travel across a number of Middle East projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on large scale hyperscaler data center projects across MENA
• Working within the PMO function overseeing planning across (construction, design, procurement and cost)
• Ensuring successful planning and scheduling of projects from initial stages pre-con
• Providing guidance and support across construction team, consultants and contractors
• Implementing, process, procedure and structure

Background Required

• 5 + years experience within planning and scheduling
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Large-scale construction projects
• Experience in working with tier 1 clients preferred
• Based in the UAE or looking to relocate
