As the only factory in Egypt dedicated to manufacturing various types of Rolling Doors with high production capacity, we meet a wide range of project requirements. The company is the sole agent for globally renowned brands specializing in motorization solutions, high-speed doors, loading dock systems, and ready-to-install products. About the Role

As a Planning Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sales, purchasing, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will be responsible for preparing project timelines, monitoring progress, forecasting delays, and ensuring resources are allocated properly.

You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project schedules and weekly installation plans.

Coordinate between Sales, Production, Technical Office, Procurement, and Installation.

Monitor project progress, report deviations, and propose solutions.

Allocate labor, materials, and tools based on project priority.

Conduct capacity planning and load analysis.

Maintain daily/weekly reports on delays, risks, and resource requirements.

Optimize workflows and reduce bottlenecks in the productioninstallation cycle.

Attend site meetings when required to verify progress.

Maintain full visibility on all ongoing and upcoming jobs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

25 years of experience in planning (production or installation) doors, elevators, steel, automation, or construction experience is a strong plus.

Strong proficiency in Excel and planning tools (MS Project or Primavera).

Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
