About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule updates.
- Assist in developing recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
- Track manpower, resources, and overall project performance.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience in construction/interior fit-out projects preferred.
