Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer located in Khobar. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, optimizing construction planning, and controlling project timelines and resources. The role also involves analyzing project data, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 410 years of experience in construction planning
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Experience in progress tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in fast-track construction projects
• Knowledge of delay analysis methods
• Experience with resource loading and S-curves
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting dashboards
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC
