Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong UAE Real Estate Developer experience to lead Planning & Project Controls across the full project lifecycle, including Pre-Development, Development, Construction, Handover & Close-Out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Master Planning using Primavera P6/MS Project
* Project Controls, Progress Monitoring & Executive Reporting
* Pre-Development Planning, Feasibility & Development Programs
* Authority Approvals Management
* RERA Registration, Escrow & Regulatory Compliance Tracking
* Cash Flow Forecasting & Commercial Planning
* Coordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction Teams
* Sales & Marketing Launch Readiness Planning
* Client / Investor Progress Updates & Reporting
* Power BI Dashboards, AI Tools & Digital Reporting Initiatives
* EOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8–12 years experience in Planning & Project Controls
- Experience working with a UAE Real Estate Developer
- Experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, Villa & High-Rise Developments
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel
- Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes
- PMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and interpretational skill
