Role Description
The successful candidate will be the mastermind behind project execution, responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules and plans using industry-leading software likePrimavera P6andMicrosoft Project.
- Analyze project scope, specifications, and blueprints to define all required activities and their logical sequences.
- Allocate and manage resources (including manpower, equipment, and materials) efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress daily, track actual performance against the baseline schedule, and identify variances.
- Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks proactively, proposing effective mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, analyses, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management) or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling,
- High proficiency in planning and scheduling software, especiallyPrimavera P6andMicrosoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Must have a transferable iqama and be available to join immediately.
