We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring, with hands-on experience in large-scale industrial projects.

Your Role

As a Planning Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support project controls and cost engineering teams with integrated planning data.
• Participate in client meetings and provide planning updates as required.

What We're Looking For

Experience

Minimum of 8 years experience in planning, project management, cost control, scheduling for oil and gas EPC projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Projects

Strong understanding of project lifecycle and EPC workflows

Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
