We are seeking experienced Planning Experts to join our Strategy & EPMO Department as part of a dedicated Planning Support Team. Reporting directly to the GM of Strategy & EPMO, you will play a critical role in developing and managing interaction schedules, activity planning, and monitoring frameworks for senior leadership (N-1 leaders).

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop internal interaction schedules & activity plans for N-1 leaders and related departments (2025 & 2026)
✅ Suggest practical approaches for N-1 leaders to monitor and track expected items
✅ Ensure alignment with ESNAD’s strategic objectives and overall EPMO governance
✅ Plan annual internal interactions and propose approaches to track progress
✅ Deliver high-quality consolidated monthly reporting templates and monitoring frameworks
✅ Support any additional deliverables as assigned by the GM of Strategy & EPMO

Profile Requirements:
🔹 Position: Planning Expert – Strategy & EPMO Dept.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 8+ years in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
🔹 Quantity: 2 resources
🔹 Deployment Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance & project needs)

📌 Consolidated monthly reports template for internal interactions
📌 Monitoring & tracking approaches for leadership activities
