Planning Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Planning Manager and Senior Planning Engineer to join a fast-paced and design-led real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction project planning, scheduling, and coordination across high-rise, mixed-use, and residential developments.

Positions Open:

• Planning Manager 12+ years of experience
• Senior Planning Engineer / Senior Planner 710 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases: design, procurement, construction, and handover
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, authorities) to ensure alignment with timelines
• Monitor project progress, critical path, milestones, and prepare recovery plans as needed
• Analyze schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead or support Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis claims
• Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and schedule updates to senior management
• Support project control processes including WBS development, resource and cost loading

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

For Planning Manager: 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE or GCC

For Senior Planner: 710 years of experience in project planning

Proven track record in real estate development, construction, or consulting firms

Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, delay analysis, and construction methodologies
