We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with over 15 years of professional experienceto lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotel developments and high-rise tower projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using recognized planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource-loaded programs.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
- Conduct delay analysis, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) assessments when required.
- Review contractor schedules and ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual requirements.
- Support project management in cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to improve efficiency and delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience in luxury hotel developments and high-rise tower projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, project scheduling, and delay analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale international or mega projects.
- Professional certifications related to planning or project management (PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
