Job Description:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, milestones, and critical paths, while coordinating with all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, prepare regular reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to address delays and maintain timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and site) to align activities, ensure timely material delivery, and maintain proper sequencing of fabrication and installation.
- Plan and optimize resources (manpower, equipment, materials), identify and mitigate risks, perform delay analysis/EOT documentation, and drive continuous improvements in planning and scheduling processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 5+ years of faade experience
- Strong knowledge of aluminum faade systems, curtain walls, fabrication, and installation processes
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
