Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Planning Section Head role based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing production planning activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to align production goals, monitoring production schedules, improving workflows, and implementing effective planning strategies. Additional duties include managing team performance, analyzing data for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in production planning, supply chain management, and inventory management
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in pharmaceuticals
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
