United Elevators is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Specialist to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders
- Align production capacity with demand and ensure timely material supply
- Coordinate with operations, sourcing, and material planning teams to release and update production plans
- Monitor production progress, take corrective actions to prevent delays or stockouts, and ensure on-time completion
- Track WIP and inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages
- Plan and prioritize production orders for maximum efficiency and minimum delay
- Prepare and present production performance and schedule adherence reports
- Report the needed resource or materials to fulfill the production plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in MPS/MRP systems and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Planning experience in production industry is a must
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Badr
