Job Description

- Project Scheduling & Planning- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays.

- Progress Monitoring & Reporting- Track project progress against the baseline and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Generate dashboards and KPIs for management and client review.
- Highlight variances and propose corrective actions.

- Resource & Cost Integration- Coordinate resource allocation and productivity tracking.
- Integrate planning with cost control for accurate forecasting.

- Risk Management- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support claims and extension of time (EOT) analysis.

- Coordination & Communication- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate planning data.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders.

- Team Leadership- Supervise and mentor planning engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

- Tools & Systems- Maintain proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems (Oracle).
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of schedules.
