Position Overview
The Planview Solution Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of the Planview portfolio and resource management platform across the organization. This role ensures alignment between business demand, project portfolio governance, and resource capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Planview solution landscape (configuration, integrations, reporting, security).
- Ensure platform supports portfolio planning, demand management, resource capacity, and financial tracking.
- Manage Planview enhancements, releases, and projects from requirements to deployment.
- Enable enterprise resource planning and utilization tracking within Planview.
- Support planning, forecasting, and prioritization models.
- Lead and mentor Planview functional/technical consultantation.
- Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance compliance.
- Support reporting and analytics strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Planview (AdaptiveWork ,Portfolios).
- Proven experience in resource capacity planning, portfolio governance, and financial management.
- Experience leading Planview system implementations.
Technical Skills
- Planview configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Integrations via APIs, middleware, or ETL.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI / analytics.
- Understanding of PMO frameworks and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Planview certification is a plus.
