Execute tasks according to the daily production schedule provided by the Lead or Supervisor.
Develop layouts and plan sequences of operations, utilizing knowledge of trigonometry, stock allowances for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and the physical properties of materials.
Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including Jigsaw, micro extruder and reciprocating saw.
Position, align, fit, and weld parts together with precision.
Verify that workpieces conform to specifications using measuring tools such as squares, rulers, and measuring tapes
Qualifications & Experience
High school (minimum) and preferably with specific skills relevant for production activities.
Preferably Certified HDPE welding Butt-fusion Proven work experience as a Plastic
