Platform Manager - Fintech
Job Summary:
Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking a Platform Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible of overseeing the integrity and functionality of various investment platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve platform functionality and user experience. The Platform Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and integration with third-party technology providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead platform updates, new feature rollouts, and system upgrades.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of platform enhancements.
- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage workloads for efficient project execution.
- Assist in designing and refining the customer journey to improve user experience.
- Analyse customer feedback to inform platform improvements and feature development.
- Continuously monitor platform performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance platform efficiency, user engagement, and investment outcomes.
- Serve as the primary contact for platform issues, coordinating with development and IT teams to resolve them promptly.
- Manage escalations and provide solutions to minimize disruptions and improve platform reliability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide platform development and investment strategies.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to enhance platform functionality and client services, including coordinating with third-party providers for potential collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, compliance, and marketing, to support seamless platform development and operation.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve platform functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelors degree Business Administration, Accounting or Equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar role.
Competencies or Skills:
- Strong understanding of investment products.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external partners and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both Arabic and English are a must.
