Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design Section Head
Position Objective
Lead and manage all Plumbing & Fire Fighting design activities, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining compliance with international standards and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Plumbing & Fire Fighting design team
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company guidelines
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across projects
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance and timelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and draftsmen
- Handle project assignments from HOD/DHOD
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all design deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- 12–15 years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting design
- Strong knowledge of design codes and standards
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of English
Work Environment
- Office-based role (Cairo)
- May require extended hours based on project needs
