Responsible for the IFT and IFC Packages design technical review (Architect & Civil) to ensure it meets project concept and to ensure technical compliance
Review IFT Packages (Drawings, BOQ, Documents, Specifications and data sheets) to ensure technical compliance and industry standards.
Review and Reply to Contractors queries through Tender process and to refer to the design consultant if needed to close all queries as per the project time schedule
Review IFC Packages (Drawings, BOQ, Documents, Specifications and data sheets) to ensure technical compliance and industry standards.
Review and Reply to Contractors queries through Construction phase and to refer to the design consultant if needed.
Identifying potential project risks and value engineering opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architect Engineering.
+10 years of experience in the same field
BIM (Building Information Modeling)-REVIT - AutoCAD
Excellent Command in both spoken and written English Language.
Design Software, BIM Software and Microsoft Office.
