Job Description

Position Objectives:

Lead and execute structured change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of business, process, and technology changes. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness to minimize resistance and maximize value realization.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategy, roadmap, and adoption KPIs.
  • Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Manage stakeholders, including senior leaders and change sponsors.
  • Plan and deliver change communications and awareness activities.
  • Define and coordinate training strategies, materials, and delivery.
  • Track adoption, usage, feedback, and resistance post go-live.
  • Establish change governance and report progress, risks, and adoption status.
  • Ensure alignment with PMO, HR, Communications, and Business teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical change into business-friendly language.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural and multi-national environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Fluent in English.
