Key Responsibilities
- Generate and deliver portfolio performance reports, including project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather, validate, and maintain accurate portfolio data.
- Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and strategic objectives and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews and prepare presentations for governance and senior leadership meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, PMO, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management principles, reporting standards, and governance practices.
- Experience with portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage data across cross-functional teams.
