Job Description

We are hiring a Portfolio Analyst to manage and report on the performance of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making. The role focuses on analyzing portfolio data, monitoring performance against KPIs, and translating complex information into clear reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data and support governance and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and deliver portfolio performance reports, including project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
  • Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio performance and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather, validate, and maintain accurate portfolio data.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and strategic objectives and provide actionable insights.
  • Facilitate portfolio reviews and prepare presentations for governance and senior leadership meetings.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, PMO, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management principles, reporting standards, and governance practices.
  • Experience with portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage data across cross-functional teams.
