Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PMO Civil Senior Manager to manage and oversee civil and construction projects within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for supervising project execution, coordinating between engineering teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
The role requires strong experience in civil construction projects, infrastructure works, and project management, with the ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
Candidates should have experience working on large construction projects with budgets reaching hundreds of millions.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress across project sites.
- Ensure projects follow PMO processes, reporting standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management.
- Review project drawings, technical submissions, and construction documents.
- Identify project risks and support solutions to avoid delays or cost increases.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in construction works.
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery according to project timelines.
- Support tendering activities, cost estimates, and project planning.
- Lead project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in civil or construction projects.
- Experience managing large infrastructure or construction projects worth hundreds of millions.
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and large site teams.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Project management certifications are preferred.
