About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office and ensure the successful governance, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will establish project management standards, optimize portfolio performance, and provide leadership to project managers while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience in project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement within complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs.
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and overall performance.
- Establish project management standards, templates, and reporting processes.
- Develop and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reports.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
- Optimize project resource utilization and capacity planning across departments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and promote project management best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers and PMO team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO functions.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a PMO or managing enterprise project portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience implementing PMO frameworks and organizational project management standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or Asana.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
- Saudi Nationality is required.
