The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
Manages and coordinates a range of PMO and Project Controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under senior guidance.
- Implement frameworks and strategies to strengthen PMO and Project Controls delivery.
- Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and confidence.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and performance reviews, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Recommend and develop methodologies, including Earned Value Management, to enhance outcomes.
- Integrate risk management and planning disciplines across PMO activities.
- Align all PMO and Project Controls activity with Mace Control Centre standards, client needs, and legislation.
- Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace's net zero carbon transition.
You'll Need To Have
- 715 years PMO or programme controls experience, delivering discipline excellence.
- Proven leadership of teams, with strong analytical and problemsolving capability.
- Technical expertise in PMO/controls disciplines, supported by professional qualifications.
- Effective communicator, detailfocused, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
