About the Role
We are looking for a confident, camera friendly personality to be the face and voice of a podcast channel by AI Analysis Group and its associated social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, loves conversations, and understands how content connects with audiences online.
You will host podcast episodes, create both short form and long form content, and help grow a high quality, insight driven podcast channel focused on crypto, fintech, and the digital economy. The role is especially well suited to early career professionals, fresh graduates, and emerging creators who bring curiosity, adaptability, and a natural on camera presence. Background and experience matter less than personality, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
This is not a behind the scenes role. If you prefer to stay off camera or are uncomfortable being visible online, this role may not be the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Host and co host podcast episodes with confidence and a strong on camera presence, leading insightful discussions on crypto, fintech, and the digital economy
- Explore industry trends, real world use cases, challenges, and opportunities within crypto and fintech through balanced, educational conversations
- Ask thoughtful, well researched questions and keep discussions natural, engaging, and easy to follow
- Create short form and long form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Film behind the scenes, lifestyle, and day in the life style content to support authentic storytelling around the podcast and brand
- Write clear, engaging captions, hooks, and talking points that feel human, relatable, and accessible
- Stay informed on Gen Z culture, internet trends, and evolving social media formats
- Collaborate with the marketing and production team on content planning, episode ideas, and show formats
- Represent AI Analysis Group and its podcast channel on camera in a professional, positive, and authentic manner
- Create educational and discussion based content around crypto, fintech, startups, technology, and digital culture
Who We're Looking For
- A strong on camera personality with a fresh, engaging presence and natural confidence
- Comfortable speaking clearly and engaging audiences on camera
- Gen Z or Gen Z minded, with a strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and formats
- Naturally curious, expressive, and confident holding conversations
- Interest or background in crypto, fintech, startups, or technology is a major advantage
- Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Expert level knowledge is not required
- Comfortable experimenting, learning from feedback, and improving over time
- Creative, quick thinking, and adaptable in fast moving content environments
- Open to all experience levels, from fresh graduates and interns to experienced creators
- Having an existing social media presence or personal content is a strong plus
- Podcast hosting, on camera experience, or basic video editing skills are nice to have, but not required
- Comfortable speaking in English. Arabic is a strong plus
- Based in Dubai or able to commute when required
