Job Title: Policy Analyst / Policy Researcher

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced Policy Analyst / Policy Researcher to join a government-linked entity in Dubai. The role will focus on developing and supporting regulatory and economic policy initiatives that contribute to long-term economic growth and sector development.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in public policy research, regulatory analysis, and legislative review, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations aligned with international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct policy research and comparative benchmarking of international regulatory frameworks.

Analyze existing legislation and recommend policy reforms to enhance regulatory effectiveness.

Develop policy papers, reports, and executive briefings to support strategic decision-making.

Support the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks, policies, and governance structures.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders across government and private sector entities.

Monitor global regulatory developments and best practices to inform policy recommendations.

Provide subject matter expertise on economic, legal, and regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory).

Additional qualifications in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related fields will be an advantage.

810 years of experience in public policy, regulatory analysis, legal research, or governance.

Prior experience within government entities, regulatory authorities, consulting firms, law firms, or international institutions is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of regulatory systems and legislative processes.

Proven experience in policy analysis, regulatory benchmarking, and policy reform recommendations.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
