Branch Manager Polyclinic
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager Polyclinic to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy polyclinic facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full operations of the polyclinic branch.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi MOH regulations, healthcare standards, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, revenue, and cost control.
- Supervise medical and administrative staff, ensuring optimal workforce performance.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve clinical and administrative processes.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Ensure proper inventory management and medical supplies control.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in polyclinics or hospitals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English
