Job Description
- Contribute to the development of portfolio strategies and support translating strategic objectives into operational plans to achieve Business Development function goals, client expectations
- Support the assessment of feasibility studies and program business cases, including financial and non-financial KPIs, internal and external resourcing requirements, ensuring alignment with program sustainability, labour market impact, and long-term value creation.
- Prepare and present program cases, anticipated impact, and cost-benefit analyses to internal and external stakeholders, supporting stakeholder alignment and ongoing engagement in coordination with the Stakeholder Management function.
- Support the day-to-day delivery, monitoring, and reporting of assigned programs, ensuring availability of resources, tracking progress against plans, and supporting corrective actions to ensure successful program execution.
- Support business development activities in line with approved strategies and operational plans, contributing to the development of a sustainable and value-driven opportunity pipeline.

Job Requirements
University degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration Management or a similar field,
Postgraduate Degree Preferred Or Proven Experience In Similar Role
