Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will ensure effective prioritization, governance, and value delivery across the portfolio while driving strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and select projects based on business value and impact.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks and standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices.
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards on portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field).
- 912 years of experience in strategic roles and portfolio/project management.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in governance, planning, and performance management.
