Portuguese Customer Support Specialist

MB Services FZ LLC is currently seeking Portuguese Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English and Portuguese.

As a Portuguese Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues. You should also be able to work in rotational shifts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese + English

• Prior back-office/customer service experience is a plus
