- Role: POS/MPOS Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain MPOS (Mobile Point of Sale) machines at client sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for MPOS systems.
- Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI.
- Automate reporting processes and generate alerts using AI/ML-based predictions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality control, and maintain explainability for AI models.
- Work with APIs and integration methods to connect systems and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and integrate AI-driven features.
- Analyze field data to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience supporting POS/MPOS payment terminals.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (dynamic dashboards, DAX, data modeling).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field support.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
