Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a POS Operator based in Doha, Qatar. The POS Operator will be responsible for overseeing the point-of-sale system, assisting customers with transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service. Daily tasks include processing sales efficiently, managing cash and other payment methods accurately, maintaining a clean workspace, and keeping track of inventory and supplies. The POS Operator will contribute to creating a welcoming and organized environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated operational proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Strong customer service and communication abilities, focused on delivering positive client experiences
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
• High attention to detail and strong integrity in maintaining accurate financial and inventory records
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus
